- Definition:
- Heroin overdose. This abbrivation is used when charting, and is particualry common in Baltimore, the heroin capital of the United States. Per the DEA, Baltimore leads the nation in both heroin- and cocaine-related emergency room admits. It is believed that 60,000 Baltimore natives--10% of its population--are addicted to drugs.
